Viewing Facility of the Financial Services Authority at 25, The Colannade,

The Annual General meeting was held yesterday and I would like to clarify that
Resolutions 1 to 7 were passed. The additional Resolutions put forward by third
parties were not passed.

The Board of Directors comprises of Mr. Michael J. Goletka (Chairman), Mr. John
A. Hilton (Director) and Mr. Larry Khedouri (Director).
