BAG received notification yesterday that on 21 December 2009 HSBC Global Custody 
Nominee (UK) Ltd in respect of New Solera Holding Limited had disposed of its 
share holding in BAG of 1,433,500 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this 
disposal New Solera Holdings Limited has no interest in ordinary shares in the
