company is 343,608,836 ordinary shares. Deutsche Bank AG, and its subsidiary
companies have a notifiable interest in 20,232,425 ordinary shares of Big Food
Group Plc, amounting to 5.89%.  Part of this holding nay relate to hedging
arrangements for customer transaction.
