Following vesting of the ASOS Plc Long-Term Incentive Scheme
(the "ALTIS"), measured over the performance period 1 September
2017 - 31 August 2020, the Company announces the following

in the UK and 16.3m were located in international territories (31
August 2019: 6.4m in the UK and 13.9m internationally).
