183,925 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), comprising 116,465
Ordinary Shares from the offer for subscription dated 11 July 2006 and 67,460
Ordinary Shares from the offer for subscription dated 7 December 2005.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading with effect
from 17 November 2006.
