Result of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that the Resolutions were duly passed at the General Meeting held earlier today. Accordingly, the Delisting is expected to become effective at 7:00 am on 22 June 2012. Following the Delisting becoming effective, the Company intends to apply to re-register as a private company under the relevant provisions of the Act. Set out below is the expected timetable of events for the Delisting.
