THIS NOTICE IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION OF

Notice of Early Redemption Price to the Holders of
Barclays Bank PLC
USD1,000,000,000 6.86 per cent. Callable Perpetual Core Tier One
Notes (ISIN: XS0155141830/US06738CAG42) of which USD178,630,000 in
principal amount is outstanding (the "6.86% TONs")
Barclays Bank PLC (the "Company") has provided notice to the
holders of the 6.86% TONs of its exercise of its right to redeem
the 6.86% TONs on 15 June 2022, in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the 6.86% TONs (the "Conditions"). Pursuant to the
Conditions, the outstanding 6.86% TONs will be redeemed on 15 June
2022 at their Early Redemption Price plus accrued but unpaid
interest from, and including, 15 December 2021 to, but excluding,
15 June 2022. Terms used but not defined in this notice shall have
the meanings given to them in the Conditions.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Company to the holders of the
6.86% TONs, that today the Calculation Agent has determined,
pursuant to the Conditions, that the Early Redemption Price is USD
1,174.88 in respect of each 6.86% TON with an Authorised
Denomination of USD 1,000.
