Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 11 January 2022 in respect of an issue by Toyota Finance Australia Limited of EUR 650,000,000 0.064 per cent. Notes due 13 January 2025 (the "2025 Notes").

Final Terms dated 11 January 2022 in respect of an issue by Toyota Finance Australia Limited of EUR 500,000,000 0.440 per cent. Notes due 13 January 2028 (the "2028 Notes").

Each of the 2025 Notes and the 2028 Notes, respectively, are issued under the EUR60,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota Finance Australia Limited and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.

The Final Terms in respect of the 2025 Notes and the Final Terms in respect of the 2028 Notes, respectively, must each be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 17 September 2021, as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 9 November 2021, 2 December 2021 and 7 January 2022 including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended) and the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
