                      BEA-TRADING ANNOUNCEMENT OWN SHARES

The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought 20,000 of its own A-shares for NOK
163.00 per share.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 166,500 of its own
shares, being 108,500 A-shares and 58,000 B-shares.

The number of outstanding shares after this is 59,528,556.
