Mr. Juan-Miguel Villar Mir, Chairman of OHL, will present the 2011 Results of OHL Group next Wednesday February 29th at 12:00 p.m. (CET).

The Presentation will take place in Torre Espacio and it will be possible to follow it in real time (both in Spanish and English) on the Internet (webcast) through www.ohl.es.

The recording of the Presentation will be available on the web site during two weeks starting on the following day.

The 2011 Results Report will be sent to the Spanish Stock Commission (CNMV) the same day before market opening.
