It's obvious the company is unconcerned, insensitive and totally indifferent with the current share price and probably will argue that the company does not set the share price, the market does. The fact that they can do a lot to support the share price is not part of their vocabulary.

Most real shareholders are portfolio investors. Not like bashers to depress pps who either have no shares or a de minimus number of shares and acting as a front for short sellers, bad actors or who churn for themselves .
