I am who I am. I can give reasons to support who I am as well as identify the aspects that would be beneficial if I change. I feel I am a decent trader although I’m currently broke basically. I used to be ashamed of my situation but now I realize it’s only temporary. Life has been tough. I could have given up a thousand times already. But….. that’s not my story…. I will make sure of it. Low volume. That would look obvious. Huge demand on T3 but minimal slaps on T4. You want a prop to not look like a prop. If that’s indeed what it is. In this case I couldn’t say for sure. But it looks that way to me at the moment. I will apologize for my views. I know they are seen as negative. Everytime I try to have a positive outlook on a stock my ass get scorched…..

If that is truly the case I would think they would move some of the millions of .0002 bids designed as a prop up a notch to .0003. The .0003 bids are clearly in no danger of being took out. And a 100 MILLION .0003 bid would surely change the bid sitter mind set that the T4's will always be there for the taking. Nothing really to add or say for now. But if things start to living up I'll be here to chime in lol. Good luck with whatever decision you make.

I’m not trying to persuade anyone. Just giving my opinion. You could not sell T4’s with any other bid/ask ratio. It has good aspects indeed. But it’s trading like someone is slowly flipping T2’s

.0003's BIDS out number the .0004's ASK by a 3 to 1 ratio. That has been the trend pretty much since Monday. Eighty percent (80%) of the last two weeks volume has come by the way of shares being bought on the ASK at .0004. I don't see the sell side conviction at .0003 that it would take to breach the .0003 BIDS. Even if that unlikely scenario did occur. I'm just observing the trading action and making observations based on what I see that can be validated by the trade data. I'm only here because you brought it to my attention. Just keeping it real. Not here to mislead or misrepresent. Just sharing data.....but not sharing my .0004 buys with the .0003 bidders.....

If it’s trader driven then they will push it down to load. Which means eating red 50% as they will want T2. No one pushes anything with a equal deck usually.

The events of August 7 should have been included as "subsequent events" on the Q2 filing. All three of VPER's Q2 submissions happened after August 7.
Series A conversion will add 681,760,000 common shares. The series B will add 1,257,884,400 common shares. That leaves 11 million series B shares, but some amount of the available 9 million shares will be issued for Endstream and 1stPoint notes payable.
It SOUNDS like the name change is VPER, but it could be any of the companies involved I guess.
Getting compliant with SEC. Again, seems like a reverse merger to me, but I may be way off base. Series A preferreds are gone, so that cleans up that little bit of extra shares. Would series B be immune to a reverse split or, if there was a reverse split, do all of those get converted to common (between 2.2 billion and 4 billion) beforehand?

The 23 MILLION on the .0003 BID appears to be pretty reliable. Then there's that 136 MILLION on the .0002 BID. The 7 MILLION sitting on the.0004 ASK is nothing. A 4000.00 MARKET BUY would print some .0005's filling the order as L2 stands right now. This ticker is just missing one thing and that is trader enthusiasm. It has moved up and held pretty steady with nothing obvious justifying the support for the move. But the support is currently there none the less. More than anything VPER is a chart play at the moment. So I hope the powers to be here continue on driving us northward. I for one would certainly be grateful.....

Everything wireless, baby! Even the smartpoles! This is going to be so epic! I'm sure that Cybergrab launch in Antigua and local partner in US has been amazing. And the immediate project in Saudi Arabia. And of course, the COMPLETED project in Sri Lanka. They also have "fintech" and we all know how huge that is. Of course, VPER's "fintech" is Cybergrab, which is a delivery and taxi service, so what THAT means is VPER IS REDEFINING FINTECH! Isn't THAT amazing. USA Doc on call which isn't their product, but they provide a link to it, is probably amazing. And "next gen platforms" with dead links on the website! Wow! This is going to be epic! New CEO and Chief Administrative Officer! All companies that do a few thousand dollars a year in revenue have a Chief Administrative Officer.
"Viper completed its first such project earlier this year in Sri Lanka". What that means is either all of that revenue was already reported in Q2 or it will be reported in Q3. I suppose it's possible the project could have completed in October, but to me, "earlier this year" means longer ago than last month or they should have said "last month". So all of the loyal and intelligent VPER longs will see what Sri Lanka projects are all about. Keep in mind, they have PRed about Sri Lanka projects for YEARS and have never posted significant revenue.

I would say odds are overwhelmingly in favor of this breaking out towards the upside rather than the downside. Just needs a little more exposure. Either trader driven or the most desirable path.....company driven.....just my take on it. I could be wrong but I've taken a small stake as a lotto.....

They have had a new CEO for a couple of weeks now. Guy hasn't said a peep. Same garbage website is up and does NOT show the new CEO.
VPER comes up with this "We have implemented new policies and procedures in house designed to improve our reporting capabilities and we are completing the transition.", when saying that they just went through an acquisition and leadership transition would have been at least plausible. What did they do, buy a calculator to use? Not that they would need it for the minuscule revenue they post. They probably bought it to calculate the RS.

With these changes in volume and slight price increase, they could be preparing for another run in the stock. If the Sri Lanka deal was actually worth something, it will be reported on the quarterly report and if VPER ever gets the 21 Cities project actually going somewhere, maybe we could get the stock up to .02. I don't see how it could get beyond that without some other catalyst happening. Maybe another Sri Lanka order or perhaps that wonderful Saudia Arabia project comes to life.

Dead ticker. It is well known that this ticker is just another otc scam. There aren't enough new victims/suckers to fall for this scam and buy in. This is stuck in the trips for all eternity, that is unless, there is another covid scare and the feds issue trillions of dollars that end up in the markets again. Highly unlikely.

No real buying interest since late last Friday afternoon. Not a lot of selling interest either to be fair. Just lots of BID sitting and very little to no ASK hitting. Under the current scenario I say nothing to see here. Now that could change here with a few good buys on the ASK. But I don't see any indication that will be the case anytime soon. And I'm not willing to hit the ASK that no one else has been willing to hit for almost 3 days now. This thing will blow when the volume comes in. Whenever that may be. Until then it's idle money that could be best put in something else IMHO

Got your PM. Keep your head up and don't put yourself at the mercy of others. As you stated a few days back you were able to turn 500.00 into 10,000.00 in a few months. In 2008 I was able to turn 2800.00 borrowed on a credit card into right at 100,000.00. Just a few days back a trader could have bought 20,000,000 shares of CG_C for 2000.00. At one point today that 2000.00 purchase from a few days ago was worth 20,000.00. So it's rare but it happens....

Good bid support at .0002 currently. Saw it as high as 100,000,000 million first thing this AM. Be nice to see that 41,000,000 .0002 bid move to .0003. The .0004 ask has been gradually shrinking over the course of the last several trading sessions. From over 53,000,000 now down to a little over 35,000,000. So a little more buy pressure on the ask is what I'm watching and waiting on. Along with that.0002 bid support moving up a tick. Those two things happen and things start to get a little more interesting.....

Yeah that would be huge. I blew my account last year. Paper traded for probably 8 months and saved $500 that I put in my trading account. Almost hit 10k in 3 months then two bad trades took it all basically. So I study and stay active. The amount I have to trade is comical tbh. People don’t understand the effort I put in and have no position but I have honestly learned more doing that then I ever did when I had a large account.
So I’m a “Brokie” as they call it these days. Lol

You are exactly right. Definitely not as good judging the upside. Especially trips. It would have to be planting seeds. Hard to say what the masses will go for next and when.

As far as the chart, the daily is moving towards a possible breakout. Accumulation is rising. Wouldn’t take much. If the story develops it could be solid.

Haven’t really looked to deep. There were some chunky big volume days mixed in over the last couple of months. But I just liked the fact the FFC approved. Verifiable information brings validation that they are working and it’s not all just a illusion. I will look over it better when I get off work and give you a better answer sorry.

In other words what makes VPER an attractive trading opportunity that traders would take notice other than it only taking less than $14,000.00 to move the ask from .0004 to .0005? What catalyst do you see that would create some trader BUZZ? Is your sentiment based off something you see within the chart or something you see within the PR's, share structure, or filings?
