With this float, I do not see why not. We have seen some chunkers 10-15x the size run to .005-.013, so it is very possible.

Incoming CEO's update the financials all the time. We have seen it with many examples of even some companies providing 10 years of backended financials, especially if nothing has happened with the company, and especially if the old CEO's are able to be contacted, which they are because many here have communicated with them including myself. I do not think the current CEO is unaware of this. And as for you Rule, every company getting current has to go through this process, it's nothing new. And you have no idea how hard or not hard it is to get this current, unless that is, you know something we do not?

Again, you are just stating your opinion. No one knows other than the current CEO's and former CEO/custodian who are probably talking to one another to help bring this current.

That is just your opinion based off prior history of a shell. That has no bearing on the forward use of the shell.
The missing financials (and its violation of FINRA Rule 6490) will definitely have a negative bearing on this stock.

So, you randomly just peruse the boards for random penny stocks supposedly going to get current and warn everyone that it is a scam before anything happens? And that you know it wont get current because you have some sort of information that tells you this?

Just reading the description of this company one can see that it has scam written all over it...and add the missing financials to confirm it.


That is just your opinion based off prior history of a shell. That has no bearing on the forward use of the shell.

Most companies on the OTC are scams or fail. This company could be a scam, or it may not. No way to know yet. You do not have the data to support anything so you are just here making your own opinion. Have a good day.

Just reading the description of this company one can see that it has scam written all over it...and add the missing financials to confirm it.

How do you know it will not get current?
Because most companies with that many years of missing financials hardly are ever able to get current (I already explained this - it seems some people can't read that well).

How do you know it will get current? Because the ufo chasing CEO of this stinky pinky, expert market and delinquent company said so? LOL!!!

You need to take off your aluminum tin foil hat (and maybe take some anti-delusional meds). Maybe that will help you see things more clearly.

Let's talk as if you are correct. Then, why are you even here? Why did you decide to come to this ticker to present something that you could have provided to the other 1000s of tickers exist? Why are you here at this ticker right as a new owner is about to bring this current? Why not a month or 2 ago when people already knew?

No it won't.

This stock is a regulatory nightmare with six (or more) years of missing financials missing, which means VGTL is in violation of FINRA Rule 6490 and because of this it has a SEC restriction on any VGTL corporate actions.

What a scamming disaster!

We know 99% otc companies are failures or scams, so you can cut the nonsense like no one aware. Whether this is a legit business remains to be seen and many of us don't care.
