To move from the Pink Limited to the Pink Current information tier, a company needs to subscribe to the OTC Disclosure & News Service and make the required disclosures publicly available, which can take 2-4 weeks for the application to be processed by OTC Markets.

NEWBauer has taken both Maronti and Skyrocketinsight to the cleaners in this scam and in MIKP. In the latter, sky loaned NEWBauer the money to file so sky could dump his shares onto new NEWBauer BAGHOLDERS but NEWBauer scammed him first.
