Can't do much else. That Urban Barns investment is especially painful for me in hindsight because I had invested a very small amount in TSLA at the same time. If I would have invested in TSLA what I put in URBF, and left it alone, I would now have $5-6M. I never thought TSLA had that much upside potential back then. Shoulda, woulda, coulda.

It’s a wait and see at this point. It’s a lotto ticket I’m willing to hold.

What are the chances of anything successfully moving into this shell now. Does it happen 1%, 10% or higher? I've never been in any empty shell before.

Yep that sounds right. I think there were a couple from the Benne family involved, brothers maybe. The concept and technology looked amazing to me. Don't know why it went wrong. I don't know if Bevo Agro is implementing it successfully now or not.

I did just locate a former investor who told me $URBF assets were transferred to Bevo Agro Inc. (Bevo farms.com) and to contact the CEO Leo Benne for more info.

I reached out to him but no answer so far.

Indeed. I was here when it looked very promising for Urban Barns in that arena. When they failed to execute, I think they sold the concept to a company related through mutual ownership. Bevo... something. Too bad, I lost a lot of money here.

URBF really needs to start production again with their hydroponic proprietary technology given the dire situation we are in with food production, fertilizer shortages, etc. people will need to grow their own produce or at least by it locally through different technologies.

Saw this article recently:

The best thing about URBF apart from its shareholding structure is that the shares are in the hands of few shareholders ... in my case I have accumulated more than 3 million shares, 1% of the AS or 2% of the OS, I'm not in a hurry, I think that URBF will sooner or later be taken for Merger, my goal is close to 0.1 but it could even reach $ 1 like SOLI hahaha ..

Your are not alone. Hold also my lotto ticket for possible Reverse Merger soon or later. Share Structure is Fantastic. URBF a 100.000% mover or a complete fail. All is possible. I deliberately kept URBF beyond the OTC deadline. Such a feeling that it was right.
