We generated no revenues during the three months ended March 31, 2022 and 2021. Total operating expenses were $346,018 during the three months ended March 31, 2022 compared to $169,172 during the same period in 2021. The increase in operating expenses was due to a $136,769 increase in professional fees which were offset by $80,173 decrease in general and administrative expenses and a $120,250 gain on settlement of accounts payable in 2021.

Still a dead company. Burn rate is high as they have zero revs….

Let’s see if it comes off expert market as easily as expressed.

I have spoke with Jay Leaver in the past. This guy seems clueless IMO. He wasn’t even aware of the early investors in the company. This guy should probably be replaced. IMO

Oil and gas is a big deal right now. Be careful investing in something that’s a big hype. Look how COVID plays did last year with mediocre claims of being COVID companies.

I have a feeling this one will end up like the rest.

Management of this company is horrible. Takes them years to execute.
