Dates to watch are Feb 5, 2021 and Feb 12, 2021. if the creditors approve the reorganization plan on the 5th, then they will be asking the court for an order approving the plan on the 12th. Let's keep our fingers crossed that the creditors approve the plan. I don't see what they stand to gain if they don't approve it. The MJ climate and opportunity for SNNVF in the US market is the best its ever been. Their greenhouse getting finished and functioning is a gold mine.

time will tell, but after defaulting on the lease for the glass house and then the subsequent sale of it to "bob", I don't know that sunniva has any rights to a new lease with "bob".

I've been hanging around to see if some other company will end up with it, who that might be, and what they intend to do with it.

It could be one of the nicest facilities out there, but I'm not holding my breath that sunniva will be the ones operating it.

Beyond all that, after seeing this mgt completely bungle what was a "silver spoon" beginning, I have serious doubts they will be able to actually operate the glass house with any success.

And with Biden coming into office, it looks like MJ will be decriminalized and approved across the land. ("Sunniva", the "Company") (CSE:SNN) (OTC Pink Sheets:SNNVF), announces it has obtained an amended and restated initial order (the "Amended and Restated Initial Order") under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) (the "CCAA") and an order implementing a claim process (the "Claims Process") to identify and determine all claims against Sunniva and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Sunniva Medical Inc., 1167025 B.C. Ltd. and 11111035 Canada Inc. (collectively with Sunniva, the "Sunniva Group"). As previously reported, Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. has been appointed as monitor in the CCAA proceedings.

The Amended and Restated Initial Order authorizes an extension to the initial stay period to and including November 27, 2020 (the "First Stay Extension"). The First Stay Extension is intended to allow the Sunniva Group to continue to operate as it implements the Claim Process, while pursuing restructuring options.

The Company will continue to consider strategic alternatives in order to maximize value for its stakeholders. CP Logistics, LLC, a wholly-owned US based subsidiary of the Company, has engaged Deer Pond Capital, Ltd. ("Deer Pond") as financial advisor to assist in this process. The Court has approved the Company to pay certain consulting fees to Deer Pond on behalf of CP Logistics, LLC.

I got a heavy bag also. $2 a share heavy. Locally invested a lot in Trulieve. That is best in show. I’m not sure we will get anything from this lemon. Damn it showed promise!
