That 6 year long Admin. Proceeding could have been remedied years ago.

We all know why Linda took the hard road ;). Your "advocacy post" was in December 2022, this was after a positive initial dismissal in November 2019, after 211 was filed and CE was on its way out. That was a terrible time for to recommend to shareholders to advocate revocation.

It's unfortunate you still feel that way. By Linda Perry's own words the 6 year paralysis from the SEC Admin. Proceeding prevented or at minimum inhibited Digital Brand's abilitiy(ies) to move forward. Had the company taken my well-founded advice to accept revocation 4 or 5 or 6 years ago she could have easily reregistered the company with a new FORM 10, and Digital Brand could have moved forward uninhibited and progressively.....and the stock PPS would likely be much higher than it is now.

I have substantial knowledge about the workings of the SEC, FINRA, and the markets. My advice was good advice. The unison drum beats from your peers was bad advice.

TBH, when I saw that filing on the 3rd., I started trickling my shares back in. It took a few days because support was so weak. Luckily, I wasn't in very heavy yet.
I had to think hard about it, but the fact that they were not communicating at all, seemed too ominous.
I got caught in the same thing a few years ago and had to learn that lesson the hard way.
(Someone takes over a shell and before communicating a word, the pulled this move.)
Going to keep up, since it could still be something good, but will jump back in on the other side.

Reverse split is not ideal, but hopefully it will help create more liquidity

Yep, I remember yer good at digging into things...If I spent ~300k on something I would want it to get it going asap...

I'm pretty good a digging and even after following clues to about 4 states, I can't find a single info. leak.
The one encouraging thing I've found is, the folks involved, appear to have some expensive homes. So it makes one think, they are successful at something.
Without going into detail, mostly because I'm probably wrong lol, I wonder if some sort of Counseling Service is coming here. (Franchises maybe?)
