I worked a lot of jobs ,stayed at the last one for almost 20 years, Decided Im smart enough to be my own boss, taught myself how to day and swing trade. I've been retired now since 2020 , I'm 49 now. Living off savings,doing hobbies, and trading stocks now for income . Was the hardest and Best decision I ever made financially walking away from the 9-5 hustle.

Since you commented with no idea lol, it's so long 22' the boat doesn't fit in the garage at the lake house here so I park it outside. It has a cover but I took it off to get the boat ready to go out this morning. It does fit in the garage at my main home. I had custom built taller garage doors and a longer garage floor so a bass boat will fit in it perfectly.
At the marina here I have yearly slip rentals for 2 jet skis I hardly use, and a pontoon boat. I also own a fishing kayak, and 2 canoes. Good day 👋

He loans Henry money and he agrees to buy restricted stock twice even though the terms of the first buy were not honored. As we all (well some of us) know, five minutes of actual DD on Henry and PHIL would have eliminated any thought of 'company potential'. LOL! But, that shouldn't take away from his claims, which certainly appear to have merit. Plus, he identifies 21 other folk who were also stiffed on their restricted shares.

Finally, not only does the complainant demand payment he also wants big Henry removed as CFO, President, and Chairman of the Board.

I can't log into pacer at the moment, does the complaint mention how he came across Henry/PHIL, who set it up?

Hard to imagine but big Gobler at the Twit posted some relevant info. New lawsuit against big Henry and PHIL that alleges, among other things, that there are 22 folks owed restricted shares that have not been issued. $1.8 million worth. At $0.0001/share, that's 18 billion shares. Not enough left in authorized to cover that. The suit also alleges (but offers no proof) that the financials packages and the ultra-high worth investment group were false. No real surprise there though.

The question you should be asking is Why would he be getting a new lawsuit last Thursday and getting sued if he's getting over 3 Billion dollars before Thanksgiving ? Why wouldn't they just wait 2 weeks and get paid ? RIGHT? And PGG ? if they're getting all these HUGE contracts?
