Philux Global Group to Expedite Closings of Largest Financing Transactions

The Company intends to immediately use the funds from these largest financing agreements primarily for investment in select projects within key sectors and special investment opportunities in Vietnam and USA, especially and most urgently the Asian Diamond Exchange (ADE) and the International Financial Center (IFC) projects in Vietnam and the geomagnetic energy technology by Philux Global Energy, Inc. The Asian Diamond Exchange will consist of the rough and lab-grown diamond trading center in Vietnam. With this much attention and volume it's easy money. Since my first successful swing it's been just buying Buy low selling higher. Little trades add up to hundreds of dollars in profit time and time again ....if you know how to do that

An investor of some sort is the only possible avenue for them to get any money. No financial institution or large bank is going to lend any kind of meaningful money when seeing the finances of PHIL. The 8k doesn't say if money is already funded into a PHIL account, or if any money is ready to use right away. IMO, pretty much the same pattern as all the previous agreements.
