No problem. I love this stuff.
Some buy a shell to just have a few shells in their stable and look to sell to the right organization.
These are cash sells from individuals that rehab an old dead shell. Rehab guys make a quick Buck instead of doing the heavy lifting to find a private Company that wants to go public and expand.
Buy a good shell and stick it on the shelf. They must have connections.
Since Biden got in, I’ve trimmed out of a good 30 shell plays. Natural gas and physical gold/silver is my game now.
Horrible time to go public in America. No confidence. It’s why I’m only seeing China, South Korea and UK getting fresh new shells. China can access America cash with an OTC shell. I’ll be honnest, I’ve haven’t seen a good R/M in over a year. All are just like this. They change control and nothing.
I’m down to holding BDCM, EVCI and MSEZ. All have a recent change of control but have not done the official R/M.
I also fear what is going to come down march 28th? What are they going to do with shells status tickers?
They’ve been trying to plow the OTC for over 50 years. They make way more money doing IPOs. Wall Street has always looked down on the OTC. And for good reasons. LOL

Why would a Chinese company buy a ticker and do nothing with it? That seems to be the case here. This same person just bought $KAST and it seems like it’s going down the same path this went.

Look at HVGDF a Canadian company.
It went from CE straight to Pink current. 22m O/S and has yo be a future R/M play.
Why else put out the effort?
It could be unconverted note holders wanting to keep it alive or who knows. If no debt, it could be a cool play.
But why bring it back?

Opens it up. Very useful info to look at daily.


I like the ones that come from the dead and have low floats.
Then read “Disclosure” to see if you can get a feel for old 10k publishing old unconverted debt. The ihub and charts.,

As the R/M crowd loses their pool of crap shells to bring back alive and sell, maybe this is going to be the market to find shells.

Showing a Closing price of $1.00, so who knows?
