MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MOPN) has received notice on January 18, 2011 confirming the International Patent Cooperation Treaty filing date of December 30, 2010. This notice follows the separate filing of a corresponding U.S. Non-Provisional Patent on December 22, 2010 thereby completing all the U.S. and International Filings.

The above Patent filings cover the use of our MOP Maximum Oil Pickup and/or virtually all other known sorbents for use in our "Method and System for Removing Liquid Hydrocarbons from Contaminated Soil."
