Good night Irene!!!! I haven't been buying any of their bullshit since my attention was called to this scam. And the Johnston's, along with their Medesol buddy Williams, were the next bright shiny object among Gardiner's long list of failures.

My experience tells me this is bullshit! Along with "personal reasons" they were unable to fill their board obligation because they likely are neck deep with direct ties to the "investor" attempting to gain control.

Simon was likely key to landing the Winner contact due to his background (see company Bio) in the industry. Given I feel that Simon and Joshua are father and son, it's easy to understand that they didn't step down because of "added distraction". One doesn't step down as CFO/COO because of their required duties to fight a takeover when one of your investors is trying to steal the company.

Either they were working behind the scenes to aid this investor, or were part of a takeover to secure the CEO's position of control. Either way, it would suggest that this company has more value than meets the eye.

The second time I read through it - that was exactly what struck me. When it comes to money, folks will twist them self’s along all those involved into a pretzel. The old adage “fly on the wall” is where I’d like to be - behind the closed door on this matter.

But, the fact that a seat shuffle is occurring while the ink on the paperwork is drying ?? Sure bodes well for shareholder potential with no doubt. Patents mentioned also. Winner Med is certainly “inked” into the process here somewhere = potential for big money will most definitely stir up a barrel of monkeys.

This might well have been worth the wait. I’ve got a decent pile of cheap tickets to keep my interests up here!

As a result, the owners of Medesol Global, who held key positions at Breakthrough Chemistry, felt this added distraction along with other personal reasons, they were unable to fulfill their board obligations to BC and subsequently resigned. They were replaced with those that could fulfil BC corporate responsibilities. Although the situation remains unresolved, BC board and its legal team does not have any concerns that this will disrupt its business moving forward or to the binding agreements that are in place with Medesol, as this is an internal conflict within Medesol Global.

Spot on. The time, the money, the administrative effort, and pain in the ass steps to put all these things into place and get uplisted would not be happening if the Winner deal wasn't going to be announced. I think the testing stuff is a formality at this point. They just need to send me a pack of the diapers before they make the announcement. I will need them.

I've been in other stocks where a large shareholder attempted to steal the company because they saw the real numbers behind the curtain that shareholders don't get to see in real time. Based on what we know to date and the fact that you have a large shareholder trying to take over is more than telling IMHO.

Watching the CFO move on in a new start up is not something I worry about given the company has wrapped up the audited financials. If the financials had not been updated, this would be more of a concern here.

The timing of this news is likely why they came out with an update on the name change. That said, show us an update on Winner would be more meaningful IMO.

The resignations of each of Mr. Simon Johnston and Mr. Joshua Johnston were in order to pursue other opportunities and were not as a result of any disagreements with management or the Board.

Finra Update on Name and Symbol, we just received an item request for a payment receipt for the transfer of the 1 Spc A share made back in May 2020. Company will provide and hope for a prompt response. # Breakthrough Chemistry # up list to OTCQB.

Does anyone know if there a succinct timeline of new management's progress with this ticker posted on this board? I was looking for something to send to a friend that is interested in taking a position, but I'm not having much luck finding it all in one place.

On my msn watchlist page it lists MGON as BREAKTHROUGH CHEMISTRY.

Uplisting & Name Change

While the name and ticker change are a GOOD thing and does demonstrate the team is moving in the right direction, I for one do not believe it's going to move the needle here on the price point in any meaningful way.

The new OTC up listing with the audited financials is going to be important as it relates to any private placement from a REAL investment entity, as opposed to toxic lenders, which management understands.

Were we see REAL price support is a positive outcome with Winner and stronger financials that start to show revenue growth. Winner is at the table because management understood they needed to clean up the financials and that management has positioned itself with the uplisting. Again, management continues to demonstrate they understand how this plan needs to come together.

Just keeping it real.

Shoon is back to make themselves look dumb as always aye? Was wondering when they'd be back lol. Assuming they're talking shit about uplisting and whatnot. Let em post. Every knowledgeable investor knows the OTC tiers and their importance. Those that lack knowledge think it's all the same haha.

That post is a little disingenuous. There are certain requirements for the uplist such as having current financials, maintaining a certain PPS, etc. All this lends credibility to the company since many, many tickers in pinkyland can't meet the criteria to uplist. It's also the first step to eventual inclusion in a mainstream market. I believe that management here has a plan and they know what they are doing. $MGON

OTC is OTC regardless. All they are doing is paying extra, and the OTC is taking their money, to say they are in a tier with a fancy name for the sake of the gullible few. They are not uplisting in any real sense. The NASDAQ and Big Board are uplists. The OTC is still the OTC.

I can see both sides of this. I'm personally leaning more parabolic IMO. Maybe not overnight but in a short time span. N&S changes will attract new investors for certain and with everything already in the works, the O/S and A/S, and the entirety of the board with their reputations, it could get volcanic. All things IMO. I feel Megola's history is one that is filled with doubt and skepticism (rightly so under prior managements). But a new slate will be huge for Megola overall. Our levels have also been consitently over a penny for months now which is very good. Truly, just the O/S and A/S alone (primarily for a penny) is completely unheard of.

The whole initiative is to come off the pink sheets and onto the OTCBB as a newly cleaned up company with a new name and a new ticker and a new business plan in the works. I think the approval on the name/ticker change shouldn't take more than another week if that is the only piece that FINRA has left to review. JMO.

IMHO management isn't jumping through all these hoops for no reason. No doubt things are moving in the right direction with this ticker. The only real question is whether it's a slow and steady rise or it goes parabolic virtually overnight. $MGON
