$MGON will for sure have some corrections or bounce backs. No one can say exactly how low nor how high it will go but as anyone with a basic chart can tell you, .002 was not the "majority of the year" price. Also, imagine if you got in at that price. That's about when you started bashing blindly. GEVI has gone from .6-.9 back to .5 and now back up to .8. MGON could have netted gains of 1000% if you didn't let your emotions control your every move.

While you're at it, Steal. Why don't you look at the "January Effect" and the role it plays in the stock market. Might as well educate yourself on the May-November stock strategy as well if I'm gonna keep feeding you your learning material.

$MGON Would you be able to inform everyone the correlation between "tax loss" and the impact it has on the company stock? Because tax loss doesn't have anything to do with the stock price directly.. Nor does it have anything to do with a company. I'm not going to tell you what tax loss season is - this one you have to find out for yourself mate.

Also, is the lawsuit the only material you're able to come up with that was over 12 years old? Shows you 1) know nothing about what you're saying and 2) can't find any dirt on MGON lol. $MGON This one is trending lower. With tax loss season it's likely to test the .002 level this was for most of the year. No bid support and with the company previously sued it will likely dip again as always.

"For MGON, the companies financials are not due til end of Dec because they file a 1SA as per form1A/disclosures.
so once they uplist then reporting change to Q and Ks again
Dont expect anything major until a few of these smaller projects get going and they havent even raised any money YET to get all the big plays going BUT if Winner medical lands then maybe they wont even need Offering"

Just wrapped up number four yesterday and looking forward to number five as long as it does not run.

The problem is, there is not much available under $0.02 and to many eyes on it when it drops to $0.01 if you catch what I'm saying.

Thinly traded when you're looking to buy more than 500,000 shares, let alone million is not easy here. 😎

$MGON This has very weak bid support and when it hits sub 01 resistance this over priced pos will drop back where it consolidated the past few years at .002. months away from anything coming to fruition if not years so it should drop again in my opinion.

If you want to get real - let's mention the only dirt you can manage to sling here is all related to past management that has ZERO to do with the current company.

Another reality check being the fact that these guys have done FAR FROM NOTHING in years. In FACT they have been quite busy over the past few years cleaning up old financials, bringing the company to pink current status, rationalizing product lines, building a REAL management & product development team, applying for a name & symbol change, and now applying to uplist.

It's past time for YOU to get real you pathetic troll. Nobody is buying a single thing you say. It's either time for you to come up with new material backed by facts or to give it up and get lost.

ITEM 9. OTHER EVENTS

On November 19, 2024, Breakthrough Chemistry, Inc., formerly Megola, Inc. (the “Company”) added Paul Cohen and Darryl Campbell as independent directors to its Board of Directors and approved the Audit Committee Charter. They will both join the Audit Committee along with existing board member Mark Suchy. The three Audit Committee members bring many years of business experience and have the required financial acumen required to serve on the Audit Committee.

On November 19, 2024, the Company applied for admission to the OTCQB Venture Market. Admission to OTCQB is contingent on a review by OTC Markets.

$MGON The Regulation A is dilution so it's not running if the company is dumping shares.

The nice part about arguing with other howler monkeys like me, is that it generates more posts and therefore more eyes. I don't mind arguing with them when I know they are just out to screw over anyone they can for their own selfish gain like Steal and Shoon.

Besides, I think MGON has a very real chance at benefiting investors in the long run with everything they have going for them.

ihub is a lot like other social media platforms, just a lot of howler monkeys hurling shit at each other. I don't engage the negativity. A response to basher nonsense is giving them an audience. MGON has great potential, and nothing any bashers say here is going to determine the success of this company. They have no control over it.

Same here, I received the same response until I told them why they were being removed.

That is why they took the TOS seriously. Cut and pasting the "same" information daily gets a little old. IMO that only drives others away.

Definitely making me reconsider my staying on this site with the hypocrisy and favoritism I've witnessed the last few months.

I get it, I thought the same thing a few years ago. I've watched this same format play out on a number of OTC and the posting format. I personally know the issues and problems faced by the overseer's here. Believe me when I say, that's a job I wouldn't want to hold. 🙈

That being said, there isn't a lot of options if you want to have an open information format. The best one can do is focus on the stock and share an honest and open information with ACTUAL facts that can be verified. Everything else is just noise.

I'm very happy with MGON management team. I'm going to hold my shares for quite some time because of these guys and I'm hoping for no speed bumps in everything they have going!

My problem with the drama, is the powers that be punished someone that held to the guidelines and used real sources and evidence to back their claims. Definitely making me reconsider my staying on this site with the hypocrisy and favoritism I've witnessed the last few months.
