$MGON big year so far and hoping to see a name and symbol approval before EOY. Curious to see how much longer it'll take now that additional documents were requested. Means there is more progress and scrutiny being done over this company. The word "scam" will be entirely irrelevant once approval occurs. If not now, then later. Having a team as thorough as we have is very reassuring and adding folks with extensive backgrounds to the advisory team is promising.

Steal, mind telling me what "Tax loss season" is? Mind also telling me your source as to how December (one of the proven strongest months for the stock market) is somehow historically bad? I pasted some more learning for you. I'm gonna bill you hourly soon.

There may be sell offs in the future but I left it open-ended because I don't make WILD assumptions and accusations like Steal lmao. There currently are no sell offs from what I've seen and I don't anticipate there being any. If there are, it'll be VERY few and far between and will have little impact on the stock IMO.

What sell offs? The volume is nothing. This is games. This can jump a cent on 250k shares so for it to be doing this up and down bounce is no surprise to me. I'm still very VERY green.

I'm unphases by these dips. Dipping on no volume is just games. Things are getting very interesting with MGON and everyone involved knows it. Some major changes are coming. If it goes below .01 again then I will be buying as much as possible.

$MGON Well this POS looks bid support weak and could drop back to that .002 range again. Tax selling season now and December is historically a bad month. I see now why it's starting to drop back. So basically with this latest inflated price if we break resistance, it should see a big sell off.

$MGON will for sure have some corrections or bounce backs. No one can say exactly how low nor how high it will go but as anyone with a basic chart can tell you, .002 was not the "majority of the year" price. Also, imagine if you got in at that price. That's about when you started bashing blindly. GEVI has gone from .6-.9 back to .5 and now back up to .8. MGON could have netted gains of 1000% if you didn't let your emotions control your every move.

While you're at it, Steal. Why don't you look at the "January Effect" and the role it plays in the stock market. Might as well educate yourself on the May-November stock strategy as well if I'm gonna keep feeding you your learning material.

$MGON Would you be able to inform everyone the correlation between "tax loss" and the impact it has on the company stock? Because tax loss doesn't have anything to do with the stock price directly.. Nor does it have anything to do with a company. I'm not going to tell you what tax loss season is - this one you have to find out for yourself mate.

so once they uplist then reporting change to Q and Ks again

The problem is, there is not much available under $0.02 and to many eyes on it when it drops to $0.01 if you catch what I'm saying.

Thinly traded when you're looking to buy more than 500,000 shares, let alone million is not easy here. 😎

$MGON This has very weak bid support and when it hits sub 01 resistance this over priced pos will drop back where it consolidated the past few years at .002. months away from anything coming to fruition if not years so it should drop again in my opinion.

If you want to get real - let's mention the only dirt you can manage to sling here is all related to past management that has ZERO to do with the current company.

Another reality check being the fact that these guys have done FAR FROM NOTHING in years. In FACT they have been quite busy over the past few years cleaning up old financials, bringing the company to pink current status, rationalizing product lines, building a REAL management & product development team, applying for a name & symbol change, and now applying to uplist.

It's past time for YOU to get real you pathetic troll. Nobody is buying a single thing you say. It's either time for you to come up with new material backed by facts or to give it up and get lost.
