Only way to buy is to hit the ask - no one letting shares go on the bid. Float is almost non-existent.

that way I bought is slamming the ask, then put up a big bid to see if MM's have any inventory. I know they don't have any shares, the real buyer in April & May took the inventory. Close to 800k shares.

I believe the debt is owned by Ronald Chez which will convert to shares. He owns majority. a deal will happen one day, I don't know that answer but it will happen.

In April & May someone came in and purchased close to 800k shares. I suspect they knew that deal might be coming soon. Should be interesting when deal is announced.

That's a solid strategy. Thanks for the DD assist. Not in yet, but looking to take a small chunk when the ask settles back down. I am a small investor, so having a chunk of money waiting around - even for good reason - is a bit unproductive.

Don't make a living trading...Just lop off a little each week. Or try to, at least.

Since 2016, I know folks in the industry so I buy big and just hold till they do the deal.

Agreed. Kind of like the trend of Millenials skipping big weddings and getting married in the courthouse. Results are the same, but you save a boatload of money.

I use RBC. It doesn’t have anything to do with the stock. I actually think someone is just buying out the shares because they know the real value of the stock and maybe they have some insider info about it being merged. Im going to get in again and hold this time. I should not have sold. That was too impatient.

334K shares in the float, this thing can go to $5+ easily. not sure why online brokers are not allowing us to trade it via online. no right TD Ameritrade.

I had no problem buying and selling. I was just surprised.

Operators=market makers connected to those who are going to do something with this shell.

looks like stock has been dead for 2-3 years, operators who want any leftover(bagholders)stock out there will spike the stock, waking up those bagholders to sell their shares, then they take that stock away from them so they have tight control of this shell for whatever they are trying to do....as far as news, I would only go by any SEC filings. no current filing so we don't know what's really going on.

btw, i can't buy via online so i'm out, I think it's only selling or if you want to buy, you have to call broker to put your order in and I don't do that. Take care.

Can you explain that further? I didn't completely understand why that would be beneficial. Do they want the share value to start higher when the shell is sold?

Ya, operators are running this show, no buying or shorting online. They spike stock looking for old shareholders(bagholders) who want to finally sell their shares.

Whoever is running this is looking for old shareholders to dump their shares before they takeover & do whatever they are planning on doing with this shell. It’s why you can’t even buy or short online, only selling stock I.E. why they’re looking for sellers who held stock this long.
