E-trade allows a "worthless" ticker writeoff...if the ticker shows no activity and no value ...I plan to hold till end of Calendar year and then if still no activity nor trades and price is 0..will request that transaction to take the writeoff against my gains for the year
Not sure what Oravec or Rhonda had to gain from this..but I guess they know what they are doing scamming in the OTC...in the end Karma is a bitch..that's why i would never do something like that...too many things can come back to bite you in the end..the least of which is the authorities. Imo too much has been updated for it to die , only thing I can think is they’re providing audited financials and it’s holding it up, but who knows. Their individual customers listed under Product and Services on OTCMarkets can’t be ignored there’s some multi billion and million revenue companies listed, not exactly sure what that means…nothing to do but wait no chance I’m selling.

This list of shareholders includes many large holders with Chinese company origins...e-commerce, hotel management, etc.
Perhaps this is a vehicle for all those companies to acquire capital for their operations in the US? So it's a holding group for all those chinese companies..but can't find any of them when i do a google search
