Looking at your post from May 1, 2021 regarding the merger with South Plains Petroleum. I hold stock in SSP as a crowd funding investment. I get updates by email as recently as March 2023 but wondering is there is any value to the paper I hold. I notice your post about a reerse merger with Liberty Energy.

Reverse merger. I think. Shares still good . They have 100,000 class c shares that equals 51% of the vote in their filings . Class c still has 98786310 shares

The only thing is there arent any new 'FILINGS' for LYBE. The OTC has moved LBYE from the greys to their new scam EXPERT MARKET is all. There still isnt a MM for LYBE and there are still NO BIDS/ASKS available to the public.

Lbye -bep-inspire oil and gas- and akrose energy all have same address 1400 Broadfield st suite 600 housten Texas .

BEP Buchanan energy partners were the only one who could drill for lbye . Lbye didn’t have a license to drill themselves. Then oil went so low they couldn’t make any money if they did. Right now everybody is gone except for art roy. They filied the form 15 so they wouldn’t spend money they don’t have. They have very few shareholder s . The only chance for this company is for a reverse merger with someone that wants to take their company public quickly. Our some body with money likes the name.

Who "owns" all of the paper on these locations, or is this really just fraud in the truest of legal sense? As in Texas AG?
