Yea I’m with you, I been loading the bid every chance I get the last few days.

Just because EJ donates food to a good cause doesn’t mean that is their entire business model. That part might not generate revenue but they also manufacture farming equipment and sell produce commercially. Estimated revenues for last year were over $4 million if my memory serves me correctly.

Here is a quote from the news article posted a few days ago:

“The company manufactures High Tech Farming machines and grows food to combat child hunger & malnutrition, as well as sells fresh fruit & vegetables commercially.”

Remains to be seen what Sweet Hemp Alabama’s role is in all this, but I’m in for Ellis Jaxon either way. Especially with this low of a market cap

Thanks for your reply. Very interesting points you bring up. With the crazy low O/S, I think I'll hold for a while and see how things shake out. I've had "can't miss" stocks with big revenue fall apart on me, so maybe the Ellis Jaxon model will surprise everyone :)

Hi Lumpy! It's not that I don't think the merger is real, it's more that I don't think the Ellis Jaxon company can actually create any revenue (or is in their current organization).

A quote from the Ellis Jaxon farm website:

A. Referring to your own business as a "social experiment" doesn't sit well with me. I read that as "we're not bankrupt yet, don't have a plan to not be bankrupt, and think it'd be great if we didn't go bankrupt. Ignore that the spreadsheet shows only expenses with no revenue."

B. "we sincerely believe we will not lose any money with our business model..." Ok... so they can't prove the business model works. i.e. they're either losing money or guaranteed to lose money in the future.

All this to say, best as I can tell the company should be valued at about the value of that single semi trailer shown on their website. I'm guessing that's even been used as collateral for a loan somewhere.

This seems like one of the most legit RM’s out there. I got in on the Ellis Jaxon profile update on OTCM, but the news released the other day confirms that this is much bigger than just Ellis Jaxon.

Sweet Hemp Alabama is icing on the cake. Once word gets out about this it will fly. I been quietly loading as much as possible without slapping all week. Not many dumps into my bids but got a few fills so far. I hope it stays quiet a little longer to be honest ;)

I'm curious, do you not think the merger with Sweet Hemp Alabama is real? It seems real to me, though it's crazy how this stock can have no volume for entire days. I only got in a few days ago, and was surprised to see you here. I never see anyone from the EDXC board on other boards.

lmao its not a pump and dump when its actually a merger with a verified company. Just because people in the otc don't see the value yet doesn't mean it was a pump and dump lol. people in this market still blindly slap pos tickers that are being heavily diluted and have pending rs or offerings for no reason other than someone on a message board or twitter told them so. Those are pump and dumps.

I'd suggest this was a potential P&D except there's not enough volume for a dump. Still, glad I cut losses here, had several other plays.

Reading over the weekend that revenues were $4.2 million last year. Earnings probably 500k. With a P/E of 10 you’re looking at $10 per share. I’d say this is quite undervalued.

Yep...IF revenues are in the $12 million range, the pps needs to be about $24 to get a market cap of $12 million lol.
