Ramat Gan, Israel, Nov. 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Internet Gold - Golden Lines Ltd. (the “Company” or “Internet Gold”) (NASDAQ Global Select Market and TASE: IGLD).

Due to extraordinary trade in the Company’s shares, the Company wishes to reiterate the information announced in the Company's public announcement that following the closing of the Searchlight Transaction, which is scheduled to occur on December 02, 2019, the Company will not be able to fully pay its debts and it intends to initiate a creditors’ arrangement which will be submitted to the applicable Israeli court pursuant to Section 350 of the Israeli Companies Law. The Company anticipates that pursuant to such arrangement, the existing shares of the Company will be nullified and that at the same time, the creditors of the Company and the party or parties to the new Transaction to be voted by the debenture holders (if completed) will receive, among other consideration, 100% of the outstanding shares of the Company.

As also disclosed, the offer that will be voted on will be included in the Company’s creditors’ arrangement and will be subject to the approval of the applicable Israeli court

The Company announces that the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (the “Meeting”) was held on August 8, 2019 at 2 Dov Friedman Street, Ramat Gan 5250301, Israel.

The following resolutions were adopted at the Meeting:

To elect two directors: Moshe Lusky and Yahel Shachar to hold office until the Company’s next annual general meeting of shareholders.

I’ve been watching this stock for over 20 years. Never ever anything similar to this action. There is loading at these levels going on or all dilution to file paperwork in court with no money. Boom for years had a lot of rev in Israel. Hard to tell what true with this company. IMO. Anyone have insight

Talk about a dump fest

When this stock runs in the morning like this it seems to always pull back around this time and slow up trading. Some of the similar charts show a pick up EOD and some show low volume till close but I have a feeling we’re in something different here. Look for a recovery and a good EOD. Either way it’s been a great day for IGLD today!
