Anyone know who owns this empty "Shell" now? Was surprised to see the symbol still exists and is listed as "new". Even had 38000 shares traded a couple weeks ago.

That may or may not be true at this time, but from reading your board, and your comments here, it sure seems your intent is to attempt to create some buzz by pointing out the share outstanding.
If you have other reason for mentioning it, by all means state your position. I love to learn new things.

BTW, I do note that on 2/20 and 3/08 a total of some 21000 shares were bought on this stock that has been dead for ages. Perhaps you know something about this as well?

Well Earl, in reading your history, I'm quite unimpressed.

I've made over $40,000 on a $4000 investment on a reverse merger and sold one (way too eary)that I made $20,000 on and could have made over $100,000 on.

Now, tell us about the hundreds you lost money in....and who is this "we" you reference?

Since it is almost impossible to buy, I suppose it doesn't matter all that much what some idiot tells me.

I bought 10,000 shares of HTSF because I thought they had good products. I bought at 19 cents a share, and I still have it. I got hosed.

If you wish to post why you think this is a buy, then I would be glad to listen, but I have many questions concerning the legitimacy of the new company. First being, why did Dana leave?

My office is only about 1/2 mile as the crow flies from the old heartsoft HQ. I am impressed with Dewey Coffman who is the president of the new company. He has put in more capital than anyone at this point(I think). He certainly has the connections and the experience. My biggest concern is why has a much larger company not already done what they are trying to do. In theory this software is absolutely wonderful. I would like on my company's system. The problem is they need money. I would like some of you old timers to listen to what they have to offer. I told them my office is open for another meeting so that you all can here for yourself. I will only invest if some of you who were around long before me are interested. I just invested in a bank and have been buying land because of how gun shy I am in investing in general. I think that Kyle and Dewey are on the up and up but are being hammered by the old Heartsoft name. But once again I would appreciate your input. Al.....Where were ya' last week?? I drove up to Tulsa to find the meeting, and couldn't sniff out a thing! I sure didn't see anything going on at the old HQ. Where are you located from there?

Hello all,
I am new to talking to any one of you but I too made and lost money on this stock. I own a business aroung the corner from where heartsoft was and I was also a creditor that lost money. I followed them closely for years because I had a friend there and as a vendor I was in their facility often and actually took them bagels from time to time. I was a big believer in the safari product but I was really sucked in by making an investment at .12 and selling at 2.75. My mistake was buying back in. I have followed them even after their demise keeping in touch with Kyle Holland at first avantus. It was at my facility that Kyle and Dewey Coffman held a meeting this week. I was the only person present with my IT manager. My IT guy likes the product, I am kind of gun shy because of loosing big $ in the market over the last few years. But I am also once again considering jumping back on board. I would like to talk to anyone who wants to know about the meeting. Thx for listening. Al

It was, Bob...CEO used the company's assets as collateral, and lost it all when he couldn't repay the loan.

Heartsoft is toast. Glad you got out with something!

Is this a maker of educational software?

If so, I remember conversing with the CEO quite a bit a long time ago (we're both car nuts) and demo'ing his software but couldn't get it to run on my machine.

I held the stock for a short amount of time. Don't remember if I made or lost money on that one.

Rick....Good to see you. I know at one time you and I had our disagreements, but we all seemed to come to the same conclusion in the end.
Your telling of the story is quite interesting to me. I never got the impression that Dana was the problem. Funny, but from the first time I met Ben, I had a bad feeling about him. However, his strategy seemed to be the same as mine...sell the company as soon as possible and take the profit! Somewhere along the way, either he was lying to me from the start or maybe he thought he had more product than he did, or maybe he just ticked off all his suitors. I just became convinced that the product would supercede anything that Ben could do to screw it up, and it almost did....I think....maybe.
I guess the bottom line was that the company did give two opportunities to sell out and make a nice profit, and anything not done was the fault of the investor and not the company itself. I was fortunate that I took the opportunity and made some money on the stock, but too many imagined a bigger picture of what could be. The bottom line Rick, is don't give up on the market, just take the giant lesson that you were offered, and use it to further yourself. Buy stocks with earnings! Buy stocks with value! Buy stocks with history(aren't you a history buff?)! Probably now, buy stocks with dividends!
What transpired in the end with the demise of this company is left for another post and some time into the future.

'Twas a sad story for Heartsoft....CEO relied on the CTO, who was so full of himself that he couldn't see that he couldn't get it done. CEO using the info that the CTO gave him, hired many people to sell what ultimately couldn't be sold.

30 mouths to feed, no money coming in. Even high-powered talent like Nita Seng couldn't right this sinking ship. Shareholders left holding the bag.

CEO didn't pay attention to what was really going on, his bad. CTO didn't pay attention to reality, his bad. I didn't pay attention to my instincts, my bad.

A bad, sad tale all around.

Why did I hold? I talked so many people into buying the stock, that I felt responsible, and couldn't bail.

Due to HTSF, I am completely out of the market for a while. Need to get my head back together.

Muell.....I wouldn't say the product was outstanding. It was very slow, and had some holes in it, but considering most scam penny stocks, it was a real product!

I also thought their product was an excellent idea and still have a copy of it. I have a niece that works with the mentally challanged who also looked at their software and used it for her clients with outstanding results. She was so excited with it that she tried to get the State of Minnesota to use it at all their facilities. Don't know if it ever went through, but the next time I saw her she wanted to know what happened to Heartsoft. I couldn't give her an answer because I'd already moved on.

Muell....T'was not the SEC that ruined the company. It was the CEO! He did some things that were not ethical to his shareholders, and then dumped the company into bankruptcy and had a fire sale to boot to sell to his creditors cheaply. I went to the auction, and there was no auction. Unfortunately, the product was good, the product was timely, the CEO is an idiot!!
With that said, I did buy many thousands of shares at a quarter and sold at $4.875. Unfortunately again, I couldn't leave well enough alone! It also was the reason I started buying penny stocks. Started listening to a poster named Apemansoul (poor fellow), and believed that they were all easy money. Let it be said, you don't have to hit me upside the head with a rock too many times before I get some sense knocked into me. I consider it all a very valuable lesson.

HTSF was the first penny stock that I bought (Nov. 1998 @ 0.12 ps), sold it it in Feburary of 1999 for $3.24ps. Needless to say I fell in love with penny stocks. Tell me is this POS worth anything now? Has the SEC finished ruining the company?
