One of his investors and financiers just mentioned that there is already a company by that name doing the same thing and has trademarked it already. Petey wouldn't lie to his investors, would he? All their OTC filings showed 29 million preferred shares, and all 29 million were issued and outstanding.
But since May 2024, Nevada showed HPNN with 120 million preferred shares.
His cut-paste OTC financial disclosures did not match the corporate share structure from his state of incorporation (Nevada).

I saw that someone he owes a lot of money to actually now owns the Hop-On corporation name. He hasn't owned it since May 2024.
Petey entered into a contract to try to buy Hop-On back, but has not paid the money to get it back.

This is what happens when one doesn't keep a company current. Someone else can file to claim the corporate name. Almost comical, but so Peter Michaels.

Puzzled by this. Where are you seeing this? A shareholder and financier claimed yesterday that She now owns @HPNN. Petey wanted to buy it back, made an agreement, but did not follow through by paying back the loaned money and/or paying compensation.

Looks like the game is over, Hop-on now has only two shares, one common, one preferred. Where the other shares (including mine) went is only known to one person.

Looks like there is no funding secured (per the CEO's latest stock promotion post) and no Beta launch that was promised to happen in 2024.

He has decided to not pay back bridge loans and other loans. He could have paid $ back using funds he funneled through his LLC's, but he decided to keep his fraud going and dare creditors to take him to court.
Well, many have, and now have liens against any assets @HPNN $HPPN or it's so-called wholly-owned subsidiary has or ever will obtain.
They can also seize the LOI financing from either HPNN or digitalnothing. Petey knows this because he has been "served" with the court liens on assets. Petey will likely try to hide any $ if he ever manages to find a creditor stupid enough to loan him money to stay afloat a little longer.

Investors might want to check on what a provisional patent actually is. It does not protect any right, just reserves a spot in case you want to someday file a real patent to see if it can be approved. There is no patent search or legal search involved. Just a placeholder Petey has tried to misrepresent as an actual thing.

Problem is, Digitalage, Inc is in default in its state of incorporation, Nevada, so it cannot conduct business.
A new company, Digitalage Media, Inc has been created in Nevada this year with a former name of Hop-on, Inc.
Of the 11 Nevada based companies the CEO is associated with, nine are defunct. There are companies in Delaware and other states too numerous to mention.

So now there will be no launch?
