Nonsense. HERC is an empty shell being set up for a promo pump and dump run by the usual suspects.

Only insiders and a few lucky traders with an exquisite sense of toming could make money from such an obvious scam.

I suggest anyone tempted to "invest" in HERC reads the stickies and then walks away.

"OOPS somebody's busted - I got a response from Mr. Carl. He is no longer involved with HESC and there is no potential merger between Progressive Environmental Services LLC and HERC.

Like I said HERC is a dead shell and Mr. Carl is not involved with HERC at all. This was nothing but a stock manipulation scheme fueled by false information.
