We wait. Mr. He is most likely either waiting for the toxic lender to give in and make a deal or for the SEC to prosecute them.

In the meantime the Business License in Nevada is in default for failing to file the Annual List by 2/28/23. If this is not repaired within two years someone can file a request in court to take over as Custodian.

For whatever reason they didn't use it. A declared shell got an 18 month extension from September 28, 2021.

Wasn’t there some loophole about shell versus non shell status that was going to buy them all time? Can’t recall.

SEC rule changes have been talked about but are probably a few years out yet. They still have litigation going to establish the precedents for their position on unregistered dealers. My concern is that at some point the SEC will delist the Three Amigos for inactivity.

There is no "company", this is a shell. Per a tweet from MMG the new owners of the block of preferred shares and their attorney are working to bring it current. We will see. Tweet was on November 16.

Heard Interactive Brokers and also Canadians are able to buy. Explains some of the occasional vol.

If they get Pink Limited and announce a buyer I expect a minimum of a penny. If the buyer is a solid company it will be worth that much IMO.
