The posting on the scanner where it said the company had a filing of merger documents with the SOS has been deleted.

Just called and spoke to the Chief Operating Operating Officer of Forecross. She was shocked to hear that there was something stating that they were in the process of a merger. She said they are not in discussions with any company and she knows nothing about it. She asked that I send her the source of this report and she will check into it and get back to me.

Anyone know float here? Contacted the TA?

Just called and spoke to a clerk at California Secretary of State. She said filings update on their website on Wednesdays and Saturdays. She said that if it does not show up Saturday, some documents take 10 Business days to show up depending on the type document. She was unable to confirm or deny if a merger document had been filed.

So its a wait and see.

The link works, but where's the merger-related filing?

Merger info came up on scanner. California Secretary of State filings, but nothing showing on their website yet. CA is 3 hours behind so office did not open till 11 EST. Filing info may post on their website sometime today, but it says on website that website was last updated on 1/8/2020 so info may not show up till tomorrow.

This is a LOW LOW float stock. If merger docs show up on website this stock has potential of screaming upwards.

Just spoke to the CEO of FRXX Forecross corp Mr. Kim Jones. Honestly Mr. Jones is on of the meanest person I have ever talked to ever. I called him and wanted to see what was going on with the company since it did not have any new out, no 10q, no PR news, no new company news. I asked him what his company did and where they were planing to be in the future. Mr. Kim said I do not have time to educate you on my company and what I do, you are ignorant to my industry and why would I waste my time talking to you...... What a dick, I am a retail investor. I am not an expert in MAC operating systems or i phones, but I do own apple stock. At least I can look at recent news on the company to see if it is a good buy. If you own stock in FRXX you should sell since the CEO does not care about getting new shareholders.

He said that he is working on the financials of the company and it would be relased sometime (but did not specify any time limit)
