I have bought held and got rid of Fmcc fnma through various president terms. We and the old shareholders had falsely hoped during Trumps last presidency with Munchin to release both out of conservatorship. Never happened. All the monies generated from interests were spent elsewhere with purpose of balancing the budget and for different causes so called special interest. Moving forward with the current time of high debts, bad economy etc… the current and new administration will continue to use the interest money from the two golden eggs (fnma and fmcc) to spend money elsewhere to made the politicians look good and shareholders will undoubtedly get nothing out of this. Money talks bs walks. The bs will continue and old share holders move on and the new shareholders with high hopes will move in this forever trapped cycle of nothingness and false hopes

The HeritageOne mortgage offering is an innovative financing solution designed by Freddie Mac to meet the borrowing needs of members of federally recognized Native American tribes living in tribal areas. It also provides financial counseling and other resources to members of Native American tribes, especially first-time homebuyers.

To qualify for a HeritageOne mortgage, at least one borrower in the household must be an enrolled member of a federally recognized Native American tribe who will occupy the property as a primary residence.
