Waiting on a potential update by EOY, they give a dividend and don’t follow up with anything is weird but I’m hopeful that they can release material information.

I still hold the qualified divi shares so I will be good either way. The big thing here wasn‘t necessarily the divi but the big move from 5-19 cents area after the announcement of which I captured most so no worries here.

Be wary here. They could still change the ex-date to September 2. And take the money out of your account if you don't qualify. I would say, Finra doesn't have a choice. But who am I.

Yes, I know. But they were too dam late with this one. The ex-date has to be one day after the pay-date. It's the rules. You could actually sue Finra for this. Or perhaps there is another exception that says there has to be 2 weeks between the record date and the pay/ex-date. Either way, it is a mess.

I think FINRA screwed up on this one.

The payment date was Sept 1. It was added to the Finra daily list on Sept 8. They set the ex=date on Sept 9. But the ex-date should have been Sept 2, one day after the pay-date.

Or perhaps the record date (Aug 25) was too close to the pay-date. Either way, the whole thing is a mess, as usual.

but todays price w/o the divy is much cheapper than anyone that paid the .05-.20 and got the divy

I need to check but I think I didn‘t get anything yet. Gonna wait until after labor day and will then inquire with my broker to see if there is any paper trail about a divi coming.

I agree , it is what it is though, don’t trust anything on the otc unless it’s 100% verifiable, I don’t usually make mistakes like this anymore but it happens to all of us. I do hope the company has something to say but that was blatant fraud if it was out out by then. The share price tanking is one thing but not following through on the dividend is something else.

Didn't hold till the record date because chart broke, but would have hoped that at least those that held through it all got their divis. Really sad that the otc never fails to disappoint and scam.

If you already sold I think there is a good chance you won't get the divi. This is a special divi greater than 25% of the stock price. There are different rules for that.
