Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. (OTCBB: EVSP) today announced the signing and commencement of a "collective bargaining agreement" with the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA) ands its affiliated Unions in the 12 Southern California Counties of San Diego, Kern, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Orange, San Bernardino, Inyo, Mono, Riverside, Imperial and San Luis Obispo. ESP recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative of all employees of the Company over whom the Union has jurisdiction in the 12 Southern California Counties.

ESP, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Environmental Safeguard Professionals, Inc. ("Safeguard"), has developed a standardized training, certification and inspection process to address mandated energy certification, construction defects, moisture/mold and other environmental issues in commercial and residential buildings. Leaders in the insurance, mortgage banking and real estate industries have an innate interest in "best in class" annual environmental inspections for improved risk assessment and mitigation. LIUNA and their affiliated Unions will begin the process of training their members to become Certified Environmental Home Inspectors through ESP's CEHI(TM) program.
