They screwed a lot of Shareholders and were not accountable.

Yes I remember and I remember how bizzy Ian was to jump on the liberal democrat wagon and now it does not look like such a good idea , l could have told him that when he was doing it. Oh well , this thing was starting to move before the split they could have grown it. Looks like the law suits will begin at some point!!

They didn't even mention they were doing a R/S.....
They were in their "dark period" since 2008
They Just did it.

The Larger RS was to rid themshelve of the smaller shareholders. They felt they would get rid of all of them and take ELCOM private. Didn't work. There are a few still around and if they dilute the shares going forward, they could be dealing with lawsuits.
They need to growth the PPS to $100.00 or more and do a Forward Split of 4 for 1 for a start.

I have been with elcom since the 90's I should be smoking something! Lol

If they were smart they should have just done a smaller reverse split because this thing was gaining momentum but illuminati is running this so only they know 33 ?????
