Fascinating. I can tell there is a wave of info I need to process here and you’ve been around this for a while. Really appreciate the insights.

My shares are at E*Trade. They still show there. I can print out statement and will. I dread trying to sell them since I would want attempt to get it done rather than in tiny bits. Probably not how these shell work when they jump. In general and When possible with some volume I prefer to sell as “not held” to avoid notifying the market. But Rather doubt E*Trade would do that for me - I assume I would be the trader hahahaha so punching my laptop is my likely reaction as well.

I won’t get into how much I have but lets say if the right thing happened it would be nice. Been kept like a dusty bottle of wine - dont know if its any good til you open it and wont open it unless there is a real party. So… sitting is what I’ve done and what I will continue to do. A big jump in these would be a real delight. Will keep expectations low and perhaps a pleasant surprise awaits.

A R/M into a clean shell can be done instantly. Buy the control block from who ever holds that.

A new IPO takes forever and will cost you millions. Your company will be probed and it has to meet certain requirements. They rape those guys. Like if Chick Fil-a went public, their IPO would take a year to do the audits and cost over $5m.

They could buy EATR and go public if they bought the control block today.
Synergy owns the series A & B prefers shares. That's the control block. He cancelled 2B restricted shares and returned them back into company treasury.

Who will buy the control? Like fishing. It can sit on the shelf for years or Ben is signing the paperwork as I type.
I hate these large float shells. I'd have done a 1000:1 R/S the moment I could.

You still have em. I have spin off prefers shares that have never been created. Those just sit.

I made the mistake over 20 years ago telling my Scottrade broker to make a few dead ones go away.
I found out later that they are worth 100% what you put in them as a write off if you donate them.

I had one with TDA, AFFL. Dead shell. It jumps 1,500% one day and doesn't stop till it gained some 10,000%.
I punched a hole in my lap too trying to sell out.

At least synergy hasn't given up on it like he did with RIBS. Now that is the stupidest ticker to date. Ben still has his.

And with Trump coming in with new confidence, empty shells should become great again.

One more question. My shares are not restricted thought they are quite old - over 15 years. I have sat on them as a reminder of certain speculations that were supposed to teach me a lesson! Is there any way to confirm they are “valid” shares?

I am sure its a lottery on whether a real money maker takes up a certain shell but what is a common time line for a shell to be picked up? I guess some there must be crazy home runs and that’s the fun but aren’t most a flash in the pan at best?

Also What is the primary advantage of a shell vs pursing ones own listing from scratch? Is it really faster and or cheaper?

Ben is the CEO of Synergy.
He's the one funding these old dead shells and rehabbing them. Clean them up, pay all the back fees, get filings up to date, and sell them to some money maker company that wants to go public and acces the funding going public can provide.

A R/S is an easy way that everyone hates.
Ben probably canceled old restricted share from the past control directors or CEO.

2B is a rough Flost, but the price is right for a starter an average down till he finds a buyer,

A R/S will not happen under Synergy. It's not their MO. If this was Lazar. It would have gotten a 1000+:1 the first day he could. So a R/S is unable to say till control is sold.

Ben holds all the P-shares, so that cool.
He will want the best potential to have potential to come in here.,

Can a few folks describe the dynamics that you have seen kick in when a shell goes OTC? Is this more often a “flash trade” - here and gone or a more protracted process of gauging the substance of the new entity?

Also What are common price points for starters on these things or is it all over the board? Do we know from Synergy what the new entity does?

Any comments on this from those who have played in this re-purposed shell space would be very interesting. Would appreciate some color commentary on past experiences.

Look for synergy's X page. He pretty much vacated his web site.
And at the bottom of the next filing under subsequent events. They haven't filed anything since 2013.

A lot of times the new control likes to keep that news under the radar as long as they can.

Just watch for volume. Insiders and family usually like to load the boat.

Only way to get a jump on buying.

4B will keep it on the floor @ .0001 x .0002 unless MMs want to run it up. With some luck it only goes to Pink Linitwd and only a few brokers will let you buy.

And that Market cap is way too much pushing $1M.
Justify that with the 4.7B of 5B A/S blown. R/S is a very high potential.
If you got the stomach to ride through a 1000:1, snagging share in the box could turn into something.

Assume it would only be a certainty with a filing but Wouldn’t that prompt a wave of selling/Downward pressure if its a one time event sale situation? your logic makes sense. Just wonder how to get decent price. Must depend on the enthusiasm for the new owner’s prospects.

Shells used to be the king shit if the OTC. Especially than and custodial shells like this.
Follow a few rehab krews like Synergy and Lazar and Alpha ridge. Buy up as they work the shell back to current and sell when they score a change of control.
Biden has killed the reverse merger sector. American money making companies have no confidence to go public. Why take the risk when we are facing economic collapse. Just look at the economic proposals Harris is offering to divide the haves and the have nots. Not to get political, but I always held a few dozen shells waiting for the control sell. Dump on that news. Do a PDQ if you like what is coming in and decide if you want to go long.
They have about killed the rules on buying these garbage shares. Used to be able to buy grey sheet shells.

And Synergy seems to be the last guy standing. The others have dropped off the vine.

I used to get 1-3 change of controls a month. Easy 100-800% gains a pop. Dead now.
We get another 4 years of this crap and I'm going all physical gold and commodities. Stock market will die a very fast death. Money will exit and run from America.
