Friday is buy day, I am expecting a significant move next week way north of price, JMHO.

Np - looks like only 1 person with shares selling through NITE. Probably an old shareholder who sees the recent buying. With a float of only 5 mil. this will fly on any company updates or filings.

Nevada SOS is current and active.

A shell stock with these characteristics are extremely sought after by potential merging companies which makes the stock very attractive and valuable.
