250.000 shares divided by 500 you will left with 500 shares if this 250.000 coasting you lets say 15000.but after the split stock will be lets say 1.00 dollar that mean VOCL have to open at 15 bucks to brake even and that impossible so as you see share will be nothing zilch as you see Jeremy looking out for his own interest and he will repeat screwing the investors .As you see it open at 0.0053 and now heading to 0.0039 and the end of the day will be 0.002 or less as people find out about RS . may GOD help us with the loses here .

My only point is Jeremy is the largest shareholder on record : he is either preparing something or he is plain naive.
