Creatd ($CRTD) Completes Initial Stock Swap with Hollywall Entertainment ($HWAL) in Strategic Transaction

This completed transaction marks a partnership between both companies, which includes further exchanges of larger portions of equity. Well the silence is deafening. I guess Jeremy is locked out until 10-K is out. But there was a mention of a call end of March, another missed milestone. Don't give up, it's going down fast. You would expect some news together with ticker change in order to draw attention but, as usual, no follow up on stated promises for OG collection audit and dividend, preferred F series have stayed rather confidential despite huge potential dilution impact. Jeremy badly needs to improve his approach and timing wirh communication, because he sucks at it. He had the planets alugned and failed to deliver pnce again. How hard can it be to assess the value of photos, come on it should take one full year to get a hand on that

One rhing is sure, this week is a week of truth for the stock : we either consolidate on last week rally or we fall back to recent levels. The 4.05/6.70 current bid/ask shows how the views differ on this one. If Jeremy could add his two cents by providing news, it could be interesting. If not, we go back to hibernation

Yes he was adamant Creatd would be THE exception to the rule because of its sound fundamentals. Result is we are down 42% on the first week after RS, with probably more to come next week as we hit an intraday low of 1.16 and that the gap is likely to be filled since the RSI is still at 35. 250.000 shares divided by 500 you will left with 500 shares if this 250.000 coasting you lets say 15000.but after the split stock will be lets say 1.00 dollar that mean VOCL have to open at 15 bucks to brake even and that impossible so as you see share will be nothing zilch as you see Jeremy looking out for his own interest and he will repeat screwing the investors .As you see it open at 0.0053 and now heading to 0.0039 and the end of the day will be 0.002 or less as people find out about RS . may GOD help us with the loses here .

My only point is Jeremy is the largest shareholder on record : he is either preparing something or he is plain naive. As they are still promoting the Reg CF, it means they have been unable to get the 1.23 million they were looking for. They claimed they received 500 k in the first week back in October, it means the response has been lukewarm to say the least.
