Richard, just saw the new filing and confirms my feelings that the share count was off. Looks like they corrected it in February. I personally don't care. I always thought the were 190k shares being traded. Now it looks like they squared the books with the TA. Expect the yield sign to be removed.

Someone is paying attorneys, accountants, and picking up the tab for the costs of filings. I hope it's means something.

I believe that they are from record corrections. I think nobody ever really kept accurate record and with Robert Rashs passing and new SEC scrutiny, the share count got cleaned up. Just my opinion. Hopefully will satisfy the powers that be and gets the yield sign removed
