Dr. Kerri G. Shomette is the Vice President, Investor Relations for the Company. Dr. Shomette is a highly accomplished and self-motivated individual with over a decade of demonstrated executive management experience in such diverse sectors of business as venture capital, consulting, non-profit organizations, gerontology, developmental neuropsychology and academia.
Since the establishment of Champion Investments, Inc., Dr. Shomette has served as an integral part of the Company’s core development, unique business model and investor relations programs. Based on her exemplary track record of success, and expertise in national networking, fund raising and communications, the Company considers her to be an invaluable asset in the overall investor relations efforts of the Company.
Since 2007, Dr. Shomette has been a Managing Director of AmeriFinancial, LLC, a private investment, venture capital and advisory firm with offices in Houston and Rowlett, Texas. Her responsibilities consist of working with start-up or early-stage entrepreneurs to fully develop and accurately document their plans, business models and operating strategies, as well as their fund raising activities. Dr. Shomette has played a major role in the development and growth of the life sciences division of this organization, with a distinct focus on medical devices, prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and healthcare services.
Prior to this, from 2005 to 2007, Dr. Shomette served in the role of Executive Director for Partnerships for Aging in Manhattan, Kansas, a not-for-profit organization recognized as the largest regional gerontology association in the United States. Dr. Shomette led the firm’s national strategy to educate the public on aging issues and connect consumers to the network of national, state or community organizations who could assist or provide resources to an aging population. Under her direction and guidance, Dr. Shomette developed a platform for annual national conferences that generated as many as 10,000 attendees, maintained a lifetime membership program that actively encompassed, not just individuals nationwide, but business entities in over 21 states. In addition, Dr. Shomette served as the Editor-in-Chief of Connections for an Ageless Society, the organization’s magazine that was published on a quarterly basis.
From 2001 to 2005, Dr. Shomette enjoyed a successful career with Kansas State University, a land grant institute established in 1863 and located in Manhattan, Kansas. She performed the duties of Extension Aging Specialist for the State of Kansas and the Department of Agriculture. Her responsibilities consisted of the development, implementation and direct oversight of programs for the elderly, lead researcher and was the legislative liaison in the state of Kansas for the elderly. Dr. Shomette gained not only state but also national recognition for her elderly caregiving programs, as well as her publications that focused on a triadic team approach for family caregivers.
Dr. Shomette accomplished notable achievements such as the youngest nominated fellow for Partnerships for Aging, member of the US legislative task force committees on aging, national spokesperson for National Family Caregiver’s Association and host of a monthly call-in radio talk show for Kansas caregivers. She also worked with such strategic partners as the AARP, the Kansas Department of Aging, the National Institute of Aging, the Alzheimer’s Association, the National Parkinson’s Foundation, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society and the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
Dr. Shomette received her Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology and her Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Developmental Neuropsychology from Texas Tech University, located in Lubbock, Texas. She also performed post-graduate work in the area of gerontology, specifically Alzheimer’s, Lewey Body Dementia and Parkinson’s, with an additional emphasis on the caregiving of the elderly.
Dr. Shomette will be responsible for the creation, implementation and management all of the Company’s communications, including investor relations and communications media, advertising, internal publications and public relation functions. She will also be held accountable for the proper information given to the financial community, the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory agencies.
Dr. Shomette reports directly to Steve Morgan, the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Steven C. Morgan has served in his positions since the installation of the new management of the Company. During this period, Mr. Morgan has been directly involved and accountable for the restructuring of the Company to include its current business model, capital structure and financial condition. During his career, as principal, investor or agent, Mr. Morgan has been responsible for the development, operations or financing of more than 60 different companies in the technology, medical, manufacturing, energy, food, retail, hospitality, construction, entertainment and real estate industries. Mr. Cowdery has over 30 years of financial management experience in both public and private companies including financial management of private equity backed businesses, entrepreneurial and emerging growth companies and international multi-location public companies. Marion P. Wright
Independent Director
Mr. Wright brings over 40 years’ experience with both major and independent oil companies in a career that covered much of the world including onshore and offshore assignments on six continents. Mr. Wright began his career with Shell Oil Company where he advanced through various domestic and international technical and management assignments with increasing responsibility. He later worked for Pennzoil where he was Director of International Engineering & Operations followed by Devon Energy, ExxonMobil CIS and Chevron North America. Robert A. Hill
Independent Director
Mr. Hill has over 30 years of financial and operational experience in construction, agricultural and food related industries. Letter from the Chairman

Steve Morgan Picture blur_edgesWe would like to take this opportunity to update all our shareholders as to the developments that have taken place since the name of the Company was changed to Champion Investments, Inc. and the installation of new management.
There have been many changes instituted and implemented over the past forty-eight months in order to bring the Company into its current position where it can now move forward in a positive direction.
Over this period, we have completed all annual reports from 2005 through 2014, filed all tax returns from 2005 through 2014, settled an SEC investigation from a past predecessor corporation, eliminated approximately $6 million in liabilities and our annual reports for 2013 and 2014 have been audited by our outside accounting firm. The results of these changes now places the Company at the end of calendar year 2014 with assets of $402,657, no liabilities and a net operating tax loss carryforward of over $9 million.
During this time, we have added two new and talented individuals to the management team of Champion Investments and two outside independent Directors. They are Desmonde Cowdery and Dr. Kerri Parsons in the positions of Chief Financial and Compliance Officer and Vice President of Investor Relations, respectively, and Marion Wright and Robert Hill have accepted and assumed the roles of independent outside Directors for the Company. We are very excited regarding their arrival and their expertise and most grateful for their recent and valuable input to the changes and operations of Champion Investments.
The Company has recently filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for approval as a Business Development Company and has started implementing its new business model. Utilizing our proprietary and diversified investment strategies, we intend to invest in our four designated core categories within the technology, medical and consumer product industries with talented entrepreneurs and enterprises with large markets and strong management teams.
We would like to personally thank all of our shareholders who have shown great patience during this extended period of reshaping the former companies into what is now Champion Investments, Inc.
In conjunction with one of our core values of providing all our shareholders with as much transparency as possible, we recommend that you join us on our monthly conference call which occurs on the last Thursday of every month at 3 PM Central Standard Time.

As of June 30, 2015, the Company had 75,307,167 common stock shares outstanding, with a large majority of these shares held in restricted status.
The management team has been implementing the Company’s new business model and has accomplished the acquisition of two micro-investments in Active Faith, a new sports apparel brand and pharmaCline, an innovative pharmaceutical organization. Neither of these early-stage and emerging investments has been announced to the financial community.
It is the Company’s intention to raise up to $10 million over the next few calendar quarters to further expand its investments, operations, management talent and overall infrastructure. With that milestone accomplished, Champion Investments plans to aggressively pursue its planned investor media and investor relations programs and campaigns.
