The liability is a note fanning bought the company for that has a 2yr lock up agreement… meaning that cannot hit the market. The assets are real and valued by a 3rd Party oil/gas estimator.

There is a trader on Twitter that had a few million shares that’s been selling them cause he thinks os increased,..it has but those shares are in a 2 year lockup as per merger agreement…dtc float remains 64m with 0 chance of dilution….this stock is significantly undervalued with over $100M in audited oil/gas reserves…added a bunch yesterday
