Look at the 6 month chart. $.015 is not anything to get excited about.

Not just that, but take out all the 100 share trades and you're left with the two trades that were at .0031 and .0046 and it hardly moved at all.

Nice, up 226% and it's not even started yet.

Whatever that means. It was the only thing the company had any real value proposition of and lost it.

While it's true that Miller hasn't changed the share structure much in the 5 years that he's been at the helm of BMCS (only by 3M with the conversion of preferreds to common done earlier in the year), it's also true that he hasn't produced a penny of revenue in that time.

But the reason companies (which we can't say BMCS is one) is to raise capital to either begin operations or add to current operations. Miller hasn't done either.

Btw, 2M of those newly issued commons were from the acquisition of the calcium carbonate rights. Want to bet they've already been sold into the market? Which may be the reason the stock is back to $.01. And with a market cap over $3M, will probably go lower.

Actually, I question this whole calcium carbonate deal.

Yet the share structure remains the same, lol.

So much for that theory.
