As I know it, Black Rock Petroleum Company is a diversified oil and gas company that is in the business of seeking potential oil and gas opportunities in the United States and around the world. In order to expand its business, BKRP has entered the highly profitable and cash-generating Bitcoin and Crypto Mining Sector. For all these reasons, it appears that choosing this stock is not a bad idea.

Black Rock Petroleum Company
Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418

1 Black Rock Petroleum Company (Black Rock) is a Nevada corporation with securities
quoted on the OTC Pink marketplace of the OTC Markets. Black Rock is an OTC
reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Overthe-
Counter Markets since receiving a ticker symbol for its securities on October 6, 2014,
as its business has been directed or administered in or from British Columbia.

2 Black Rock has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and regulations as
an OTC reporting issuer (the required records).

3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease
trading in Black Rocks securities until:

1. Black Rock files the required records completed in accordance with the Act and
regulations, and
2. the Executive Director revokes this order.
