The company is now called Premier GRAPHENE and selling graphene is very quickly becoming a hugely very profitable WORLD WIDE market. It's you that hasn't been keeping up with the news. Premier GRAPHENE is turning into a huge company with an accompanying huge stock price.

Keywords… Legitimate news, which they seem to never have. .0006 was getting pretty thin, then all of a sudden more shares magically appeared and stacked at that level.

The carnage keeps happening to the DJIA, if history repeats itself and it usually does. The brainiacs will start spreading the news about Premier.

ESC charity ''funded'' nothing IMO. If they did then why does it and its front man/CEO appear on financials as major convertible note holders? That happened because there IS and always was a ''quid pro quo'' despite repeated published PR protestations that it was not. I believe an autopsy of this and other tickers will show people like the Goulding clan gave tax deductible ''donations'' to ESC who funneled them into sketchy tickers they were/are clearly involved in. In return these ''donors'' somehow received compensation...most being in the form of convertible notes or deeply discounted shares issued under the table.

Epidemiological Solutions Corp was also used to fund Dr Felder's inventions at BIEI and HALB. Which I believe is getting close to paying off with the help of Athena GTX. Athena has over 35 government contracts. I don't think they'd get involved in questionable companies and risk losing them. BIEI is selling Athena products now

What Kool Aid says about the charity (ESC) is probably true. The AS was increased by 100 Mil shares within the past 6-months per the Colorado SOS. The charity probably received the majority of those shares. At some point, the charity will sell all their shares and a percentage of that will most likely be kicked back to the company. Just one of many types of stinky pinky schemes. I'd like to know when BIEI is going to start releasing some news of substance? What's going on with the enhanced concrete mix and armored vest contract news? Anyways, ................

Have you done DD on Epidemiological Solutions Corp and it's CEO Ronnie Godeaux? ESC is headquarters in his double wide manufactured home on the edge of a swamp in Westlake, SW Louisiana north of Lake Charles. Founded in 2020 millions of dollars have been laundered thru it by anonymous "donors'' then disbursed to at least 4 public penny scams as a ''benefactor'' supposedly with no ''quid pro quo.'' As improbable as that is, ESC then claims it also ''buy's shares'' in those tickers as ''investments.''

Seriously.

Turns out all of those tickers [BIEI, SPZI, GRPS and HALB] have ties to financial fraudster/ ex con Randall s. Goulding, his brother Dr. Richard Evan Goulding and their various family members. Also William Tynan and attorney Gary L. Blum are involved in each ticker.

BIEI is the only one reporting convertible notes owned by ESC and Godeaux. IMO the others are being exploited in a similar, off the books way. Regardless, they all stink to high heavens
