BAYP this was a fun one remember at .0001 years ago, they would pump it up 100s% ever year or 6 months or so. Made good money trading it with patience. I don't know if they will get the CE Removed, but if so it will be another one to watch. They might dilute it down to zero bid. Who knows.

As rude, cynical and like basher's that rawman and dragon bear come across, they know what the fuck they are talking about. I was hit with the RS. Got the hell out put my lil 200 dollars left from the RS into upping my Doge and rode it to the moon. Cashed out half made 40 k. Your better off putting into co. That are going somewhere and got the proof to back it.

More BS from the same Company that crushed its shareholders with 90% losses following its ridiculous 1-for-10,000 REVERSE SPLIT!

There is virtually NO CHANCE this slug will be deemed Pink-Current any time in the near future! What screwed up MM would ever risk sponsoring a FINRA Form 211?

Adding "other-worldly" share price pumping aspirations in the quarterly financial report is not illegal, but the BS has to be taken skeptically, while considering the source! Keep in mind, BAYP is just another one of long-time OTC scammer Paul Strickland's shareholder ripoffs!

So those are the choices...

Recapitalization means to start diluting the shares so as to pay for Strickland's salary.

Merger means to merge with another Microcrap pinky scam.

Except this time it's working off of a suspension.

My bets are on the SEC running management out of the market. At which point BAYP becomes a Zombie stock scam. With no one to issue PR pumps.

It can't be revoked by the SEC, because the stock isn't registered with the SEC.

Obviously, real investors are wrong in thinking a company should have some sort of business operation to warrant buying the company's shares.

BAYP HAS NO KNOWN BUSINESS OPERATIONS, WHICH DEFINITELY SEPARATES IT FROM ANY OF THE BB STOCKS!
