Audit : After a year of dedicated work addressing the audit preparers' recommended strategy, Exxe Group is nearing a key milestone. The Company agreed and plans to deliver financial statements for the entire Exxe Group to the Auditor during the week of January 25, 2025. Following delivery of the financial statements our Auditor will commence their review.

Debt Reduction: Over the last two years, Exxe Group reduced total liabilities by $49.46 million, from $75.74 million in 2Q2023 to $26.28 million in 2Q2025. This is a reduction of 65.33% in total liabilities and marks a significant milestone in strengthening Exxe’s financial health. Long-term debt is currently $19.04 million, down from $56.53 million two years ago.

Of course conversions affect price share. Also, keep in mind as long as conversions continue boiler plate language in those loans usually don’t allow company to buy back shares. However, overall share structure, income, and ongoing business growth and types of business focus are better than most OTC companies out there. Only time will tell.

I highly suggest Jason that you start explaining yourselves to all shareholders alike seeing that you claim to be working for shareholder value yet despite saying you would be buying shares back instead you are selling preferred shares; (and consistenly raising the OS every time shareholders turn around resulting in a major plummett of your share price from .18 to less than .001 of a penny which in my opinion is criminal and if I were the SEC I would sincerely think about shutting you down unless you had a good explanation which I do not think you have) and which is a contradictory move to what you announced. This kind of thing should not be tolerated by the SEC

Thanks for getting back to me just the same! I am thinking if I am confused (most everyone else is confused! Just my gut feeling.

Come on man, can't you just pump this way up to .002 so the exit will net most players a loss of only 99% on initial investments?! Or should we call it (LOI), Loss of Investments. Thank goodness AXXA makes up a just a tiny sliver of most of our entire investment portfolios. GLTA here!

Yes, but people BUYING affect demand for the stock which usually increases if they think the stock is worthwhile and have some trust that they do what they say (e.g., BUYBACK). The demand is so low right now thus making the worth of the stock much lower.

Also, I don't think you have ever said anything specific about the affect of the many AXXA CDs and the affect of the ongoing conversions. You have only said things like "do you want to loan them money." What do you think about the affect on the PPS of the ongoing conversions?

AXXA is a stinky pink just like most of the other garbage on the OTC/Bulletin Board, however, it doesn't perform as well as much of that other garbage, i.e., stocks who openly disclose that they have zero assets, and zero revenues yet still command interest and volume. That's how much AXXA lacks credibility. The other irony about your comment is that AXXA is claiming to have reduced debt by $21,000,000 and still have a hundred fifty three million in assets like it is a NYSE Big Board stock, but is stuck at .0008's. LOL. Just laughable. and you know why? Because nobody believes them.. No one. People would rather buy a company with zero assets who don't make outlandish claims instead of companies like $AXXA that try to get people to believe they are bigger and more successful than what they actually are.

In your last financials (AXXA) with all your previous announcements and how much money you made including NET REVENUE and your announcement of a share buyback why have you EVER SINCE YOU ANNOUNCED THE SHARE BUYBACK Continued to use the selling of preferred shares to pay for your debt verses using your net revenue to pay down your debt?

Do you see the contradiction of your announcement (buyback of shares) and you continuing to sell shares to pay your debt. I am sure you have a GREAT (EXCUSE) reason for doing what you are doing.

Yes, I've seen them cite those factors in their reports as well as being flexible to adapt to them. So, it would seem that if AXXA was still able to grow revenue and reduce debt despite those factors, then the PPS should not have continued this long downtrend, correct? Something still is not computing!

Maybe you want to lend them funds so they don't have to Increase the float, huh?

Factor in inflation, logistic, war in Europe and pandemic...that has influenced the success rate of the company....while decreasing old debt.
